Frequently asked questions
General
Do You Fleet Wash For Dealerships?
No. Only detail.
Will You Need Access To Running Water To Complete My Service?
No, but it is preferred. Having additional water handy is always a plus in case we run low.
Can I Drive My Vehicle Immediately After an Interior Cleaning?
Yes! Most times your car will be ready to drive as soon as the job is completed. However, if heavy shampooing or stain removal is required, some drying time may be required.

Does Someone Need To Be Present During or at the Completion Service?
Will You Need Access To an Electrical Outlet?
Should I Pay Before or After the Service Has Been Completed?
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently accepting all payments in advance. We will email you an invoice. Your balance must be payed in full before your appointment date.
What Form of Payment is Accepted?
Will Tax Be Added to the Sale Price?
Is There Anything I Need To Do Prior to My Appointment?
Do You Provide Service In My Area?
How Long Does It Take To Detail My Car?
A full detail typically requires 4 hours or more. An interior or exterior only detail requires around 2 -4 hours. Please allow more time for pickup trucks and SUVs. We recommend that you do not schedule any pressing appointments on the same day as these time frames can vary depending on vehicle condition. These times include short breaks and lunch time.
What Happens If It Rains?
We understand nobody wants their vehicle to get rained on after a detail! Generally, we don't risk coming out for appointments if weather will not allow us to fully complete a job. We'll be sure to contact you the morning of your appointment to reschedule.
How Do I Cancel My Appointment?
Please call or email us at least 24 Hours in advance. Your non-refundable deposit will then be put towards your next appointment date. Last minute cancellations will result in a forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Do you remove seats for interior detailing?
No, we do not. However, most vehicles do not require it. We are a mobile/same day service. In order to get your vehicle back to you faster, we do as much detailing as can be done without removing seats.
Do I need a hose?
No. We always bring our own hoses and all of the equipment necessary to complete your detail.
My car is going to be perfect when you're done, right?
We always aim to deliver spectacular results. However, results will vary depending on the current state of your vehicle and the environment. For example, doing exteriors during pollen season makes it hard to achieve a perfect result after a 3 hour detail. Although we strive for the highest level of clean, we also consider this a normal part of mobile detailing. Older cars or cars in bad shape may require more than one visit to fully achieve the results you desire.
Do you provide quotes for PENN DOT or insurance purposes?
Sorry, we do not.
I don't have a driveway or a garage. Can you still service my vehicle?
Unfortunately, we can not perform services on road sides or public parking. Private parking, however, is ok.
What other situations will call for rescheduling?
High winds will generally not allow us to perform a detail safely. Unsecure objects and misdirected chemical sprays can not only cause detailing issues, but major safety concerns as well. Thus, for our safety as well as other's we will not work during any wind advisory.
Car Care
What Are The Benefits of Detailing My Vehicle?
Car detailing is an involved process that covers a wide variety of techniques and products. Achieving the best results in any given situation requires considerable skill. Detailing is an efficient renovation to protect and improve the appearance of the numerous surfaces within and outside your vehicle.
Are Rinse-less / Water-less Washes as Good as "Normal" Washes?
Virtually every vehicle we encounter requires a full wash service (using running water) for paint to safely reach the highest level of clean and prepare the vehicle for proper wax or sealant adhesion. Generally, rinse-less and water-less washes should only be used in between washes and details. Otherwise, the wash will result in micro scratches and swirl marks. Also, to prevent damage, only a trained, experienced detailer should attempt a waterless or rinseless wash. In short, rinseless washes should not be used as a "main" wash unless the vehicle is already in good shape (not very dirty).
How Often Should I Wash My Car?
How Often Should I Wax My Vehicle?
How Often Should I Detail My Vehicle?
Although how often you should detail depends on many factors, you should aim for at least once a year. For greater benefits and long term durability, we recommend at least 2 to 5 times a year depending on your driving, car washing habits, and how you store your vehicle.
When Is the Most Critical Time To Get My Car Detailed?
Winter is the most crucial time to detail due to the rapid changes in temperature, road construction, salt and other elements that are especially hard on your exterior. The magnesium chloride used on roads these days is proving to be very harmful to the exterior surfaces of many vehicles. While it's easy to rationalize that "it's just going to get dirty again anyway", properly applied sealant is your only defense! Plus it makes it easier to wash off harmful grime later on.
COVID
Do you sanitize/disinfect vehicle interiors?
Yes! We carefully obide by CDC standards. Our detailing products and practices are efficient at eliminating germs and potentially dangerous pathogens such as COVID-19.
Does your staff wear masks while working?
We understand these are strange times. We will always wear a mask when interacting with customers. However, once the initial consultation is complete, your detailer(s) will remove any face covering in order to comfortably complete your detail. After completion, a final wipedown and sanitation will be performed for your safety. If you prefer, we can steam clean all surfaces at your request before departure.
Do you do contactless payments?
Yes. You will be emailed an invoice with your final balance as your appointment time approaches. (Your quote may be adjusted during your initial consultation depending on your detail and any additional services that may be needed or requested)
