Pro Touch Auto Detailing Terms and Conditions
We appreciate your business! When you book online or via phone with Pro Touch Car Wash & Detail you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein. At Pro Touch we take your privacy seriously. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone. However, we do send out occasional emails and may use third parties to send emails regarding our monthly specials.
Once you have scheduled your auto detailing service on the day of your service, please make sure to remove all your personal items from your vehicle prior to the team arrival. Your Pro Touch Expert will conduct an inspection of your interior to confirm you have removed any items of value over $20.00. Pro Touch Car Wash & Detail will not be held responsible nor accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service.
Arrival Times - 1 Hour Grace
We will make every attempt to start or arrive within the time scheduled, however we allow a 1 hour grace window as each vehicle and customer is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing service. Should we run 1 hour or more behind schedule, we will be sure to contact you with an estimated time of arrival.
It is often difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection as some vehicles tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don't work or become loose and cracked without the owner's knowledge. Therefore, should your Pro Touch Expert find any items that are not working properly OR are worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken, we will bring it to your attention. Hence, you agree not to hold Pro Touch Car Wash & Detail responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car. Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines and marks. Should your Pro Touch Expert find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware. However Pro Touch Car Wash & Detail will not be responsible for correcting pre-existing paint or body imperfections if your service does not include it. Pro Touch Car Wash & Detail will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint or body imperfections during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of.
Inspection and Deposit
We welcome all customers to perform a thorough inspection of the vehicle once services are completed. Should you find anything our team has missed, simply point it out and we will make it right. Our team will be dedicated to making sure you're happy with your service. Should you fail to inspect your car or have someone else inspect your car on your behalf, Pro Touch Car Wash & Detail will not be responsible should you find something our team has missed. Therefore, while our team is there and ready to assist, please take the time to inspect your vehicle.When scheduling your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit to hold your date and time. Cancellations will result in your deposit being forfeited. Should you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must provide us with a 48 hours notice. Failure to provide us with a 48 hour notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Rain Dates, Cancellations, and the Right to Refuse
Weather is a main factor when it comes to performing our mobile services. By scheduling with us you agree to give us one opportunity to reschedule in the event of bad weather. Should you schedule an appointment and the weather is forecasted for cold weather, snow, rain or high winds we will contact you that day to reschedule your appointment. We will not perform services if weather will not allow us to achieve the superior results we aim to deliver. Pro Touch Car Wash & Detail reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with our service if we deem the customer to be unreasonable. Pro Touch Car Wash & Detail reserves the right to refuse or deny customers demands that are above, and or beyond the booked detailing service.
